Return Policy

I. GENERAL

Returns

Under the terms of article 10 of DL no. 24/2014, of 14 February, the purchase of articles online (through our website, Instagram or Facebook) gives the customer the right to exchange or return within 14 days in a row, from the moment the order is received at the address indicated for that purpose.

The return of the article always depends on maintaining the exact condition in which it was sold (original packaging, without odors or signs of use).

The return must be made to our address (we recommend the option for sending by registered mail) and the Customer assumes the shopping costs.

The refund will be made through a purchase voucher or through the same payment method.

Exchanges

Under the terms of article 10 of DL no. 24/2014, of 14 February, the purchase of articles online (through our website, Instagram or Facebook) gives the customer the right to exchange or return within 14 days in a row, from the moment the order is received at the address indicated for that purpose.

For exchanges, contact us via email [email protected], indicating:

a) Name;

b) Order number;

c) E-mail for contact;

d) Address for receiving the new article;

e) Identification of the article you want to exchange;

f) Indication of the article you wish to receive.

The exchange of the article always depends on maintaining the exact condition in which it was sold (original packaging, without odours or signs of use).

Once the conditions of the item being exchanged have been verified, we will contact the Customer to confirm the availability of the desired item and to adjust values, in case of price difference.

The postage to be spent with the shipment of the new item is the responsibility of the Customer, who may choose to send by regular mail or registered mail. For this purpose, our IBAN will be made available.

 

II. ERROR

If you received a piece other than the one you ordered, we apologize in advance.

To exchange the piece, you must send an email to [email protected] indicating:

a) Name;

b) Order number;

c) E-mail for contact;

d) Address for receiving the ordered item;

e) Identification of the item received;

f) Indication of the ordered item;

g) IBAN or Mbway contact for reimbursement of the costs incurred with the return of the item received (upon proof of payment).

Once the item is received in the same condition as it was sent, we proceed to dispatch the correct item to the address indicated in the Client's email.

 

III. DEFECT

Returns

If you received a defective item, we apologize in advance.
The refund is processed in general terms.

However, we also reimburse the price of postage costs for returning the item to our address, provided that they are confirmed by the respective proof of payment and by indicating IBAN or MBWAY to [email protected].

Exchange / Repair

If you received a defective item, we apologize in advance.

To proceed with the exchange or repair of the article, you should send an email to [email protected] indicating:

a) Name;

b) Order number;

c) E-mail for contact;

d) Address for receiving the repaired/exchanged item;

e) Defect identification and proof;

f) IBAN or Mbway contact for the reimbursement of the costs incurred with the return of the item received (upon proof of payment).
