Policy

Shipments of ordered items are made via carrier.

The customer has the option of sending by regular or registered mail.

In case the customer chooses to send via regular mail, Relojoeiros is not responsible for any loss of the order.

Orders are delivered to the address indicated for that purpose within the deadlines defined in the "Shipping Options" section.

  • During promotions, we increased the normal delivery times by up to 3 business days;
  • At times of higher order volume, we may experience delays in shipments;
  • We are not responsible for possible carrier delays.

After the payment is successful, the customer receives an email with the confirmation of his purchase. At that time the order begins to be processed and will be dispatched within the next two business days.

 

Shipping Options

Warning: Due to the current delivery constraints, we inform that it is possible that the delivery times for orders will be longer than indicated below, especially for the islands and abroad.

  • Free shipping to Portugal. About 3 working days.
  • Shipping to European Community countries: € 9.90 per order. About 3 working days.
  • Shipping to the rest of the World: € 15 per order. About 5 working days.
